Auto-set Outlook Calendar reminders |

Any incident can be inserted into your Microsoft Outlook (or compatible) calendar as a reminder for a future dated follow-up. When the Outlook reminder pops up, it includes a link to directly open up the incident, for immediate action. This also supports the planning of Scheduled Maintenance tasks, and can be set with a recurring reminder. |
